Mangas Gaming buying majority of Everest Poker

The deal between the current owners Gigamedia and Mangas Gaming will make sure that Mangas Gaming will be in control of the online poker room after buying 60% of Everest Poker. The acquisition will not affect Everest Pokers software and poker room since that is one of the reasons for Mangas to Take control over the Poker site. Everest Poker has never been a part of any poker network and is one of the few poker rooms that has managed to attract the mount of players to their site that is necessary to be able to have an ongoing poker room.
With the acquisition of Everest Poker Mangas Gaming becomes the third largest online gambling operator in the world. Everest poker and Everest Casino will be a great complement for the gaming group that so far has focused on acquiring companies with sports betting opportunities. A part from Everest Poker Mangas Gaming is also in control of the French betting site Bet Clic, Bet at Home and the former Swedish gambling portal Expekt and now Everet Poker as Well.
