Together they would be a true gambling giant and merger talks between the two companies have been confirmed.
Not too long ago there were rumors going around in the online gambling world that talks of merger between the two online gambling giants to create a super online gambling company that will be able to offer a full service gambling portal to all of the players with the sports betting department from Bwin and the casino and poker room from Party Gaming. Merger talks has been going on over the past few months but none of the parties has made any attempt to make a public statement about the future plans of the companies since it is still on the early stages according to one of the larget share holders in the Bwin.
In the backwaters of the merger talks between PartyGaming and Bwin another online gambling operator is said to have discussions with Party Gaming as well. The new rumors place the Swedish online gambling operator Unibet in talks about merger with Party Gaming. The merger talks between Party Casino and Bwin has made the shares for the companies to sky rocket on the stock market.
