More pros join the Caesars Cup

Caesars Cup is a Live poker tournament where American and European poker players fight to determine which of the two continents are delivering the best poker players in the world. The teams consist of 8 players that will play in one tournament to decide who the superior poker players are. The team captains has been handpicked and Americas Team Captain Daniel Nagreanu has the opportunity to chose 7 players to join him and the European Captain and first ever winner of the WSOPE Annette Obrestad will be able to pick 6 members of her crew and then a final qualifier will be added to the team by Betfair.
Daniel Nagreanu has so far picked three poker pros to complement him as a players on the American team and all of them are pokersuperstars. The three are Phil Ivey who is one of the best players around with multiple bracelets from WSOP and at the final table of this years Main event. Phil Hellmuth “the poker brat” who has won the WSOP main event and is the player with most WSOP bracelets ever and last but not least he has picked John Juanda to participate in the team. John Juanda is the current WSOPE champion.
Team Europe looks nearly as impressive as the team America. Annete has picked Bertrand “Alky” Grospellier a Frenchmen with wins in both the WPT and in EPT. Peter Eastgate from Denmark who is the current champion from the main event of the World Series of Poker in 2008. With that win he became the world’s youngest WSOP main event winner snatching Phil Hellmuths record. The third and last pick for the first round is Dario Minieri an Italian poker pro with who also carries a WSOP bracelet. Annette Obrestad will be able to pick 3 more players to her team and then a online player will complement the team who will win a seat from Betfair in their Caesars Cup Promotion.
