SportingBet wins customer service Award

Just like last year the giant sportsbook company SportingBet has proven to be one of the best online sites in the world when it comes to customer support and that is not just regarding the online gambling market. SportingBet earned a runner up position when the Contact Center World Awards was settled earlier this month in Las Vegas, Nevada. SportingBet who operates their calling center from Ireland was the only company from the gambling sector that was recognized at the Contact Center World Awards.   

SportingBet won the regional finals in June this year getting an award for the best customer service in the online segment for the Europe, Middle East and Africa after been set to be the best online customer support amongst more than 1000 contestants in the category in the region. In the Finals that was settled earlier this month, SportingBet was up against Virgin Mobile who was the winner in the American Region and BCA Bank Ventral Asia who won the gold in the Asian region. Winner was Virgin Mobile and this year SportingBet had to settle for a second place but the operational manager for SportingBet who was in Las Vegas to accept the silver medal wowed to be back for the gold during next year.

SportingBet is not just one of the world’s largest online betting operators it is one of the pioneers in online betting as well. SportingBet was one of the first online gambling sites that opened up for the public.
