Unibet infiltrate France

If the word timing had a definition, then people would look at Unibet and say that their timing could not have been better. With all the movements happening within the French gambling environment and with operators withdrawing from this lucrative market, big players like Unibet has timed their entrance to French gambling perfectly.  Recently signing partnership deals with France Pari and Ongame respectively, Unibet has secured some prime exposure and product offerings. They are currently in closing another deal withZeturf, and a letter of intent was signed.

The product offering that Unibet can offer is Unibet Poker, Unibet Sportsbook, and Unibet Horse betting. Currently no casino offering is allowed by Unibet.  France Pari is well settled and has created a firm foundation to provide gambling products to French people. They also attributed to the  majority of the sportsbetting bets in France. With this deal Unibet has made sure that they are in good terms business wise and will allow French bets to go through their books.

There will be a slow roll out of products offered by Unibet. Currently the one being implemented is Sportsbook and will launch on the 11 June 2010, the rest of their product offering will be launched in October 2010 under the Unibet.fr flag. Offering a wide variety of languages and currencies to their players Unibet has also implemented a huge amount of deposit methods to make online gambling a easy and secure. By giving their players deposit options like Paysafecard, online players can transact within French borders as it’s legal and safe.

With the majority of online operators withdrawing from the French markets, it is a huge benefit for Unibet Sportbook to excel in this lucrative market.
